On Hilton Head Island the tides will vary every day. The tides can vary as much as eight feet, so beaches change by the hour and boating, fishing and kayakers need to take note of the time of day and the ingoing and outgoing tides. The tide chart is updated and you can pick the areas of the island you want to see from Port Royal Sound to Calibogue Cay to Broad Creek, high tide and low tide can vary.
