Wonderful updated three bedroom three bath townhome walking distance to the beach and pet friendly. Condo has been updated with LVP flooring, stainless steel appliances and large flat screen TVs. The main floor has the huge kitchen, large living room and a guest bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath and walk in shower. Living room has a large L shaped couch that includes additional seating for your guests. You can watch a movie on the large flat screen TV or relax and read a book. Kitchen is full stocked with glasses, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker and more to prepare the family meals. Master bedroom is upstairs with an en suite double vanity master bath. Upstairs guest room has queen size bed with a full bath so condo can comfortably sleep six people. Pets are allowed up to 45 pounds and limit of two dogs, $150 non refundable deposit for each dog. Great location near the beach, easy walk with two swimming pools and tennis court at Ocean Breeze.
Forest Beach has over 60 shops and restaurants to enjoy, from Frosty Frog, New York City Pizza, Plantation Deli for breakfast and lunch to gourmet steak and seafood restaurants, you dont need to go anywhere else for great food. Miles of bike paths are close by in Forest Beach area or ride your bike on the beach. You can enjoy over 17 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches. Sea Pines Resort is just minutes away with famous Harbourtown Lighthouse and Golf Links. Beach, bikes and great dining, all you need in the Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island.
