Living room is decorated nicely for everyone to relax and watch movies, cook dinner or read a book after a wonderful day at the beach or pool. Covered front and back porch to enjoy the golf views. Evian has free tennis courts, large outdoor swimming pool and huge lagoon to fish in. Shipyard has miles of bike paths and easy beach access that you can bike, walk or drive to.
Shipyard has 27 holes of golf to enjoy right at your back door. Van Der Meer world class tennis facilities are located in Shipyard right next door to the Sonesta Hotel. You can have a wonderful dinner or enjoy the bar at the Sonesta also. Shipyard has free parking at the Shipyard Beach Club only minutes away. Miles of shaded bike paths allow you to get some exercise too. Shipyard is located near Coligny Shops and Restaurants and the new Low Country Celebration Park with giant Pirate Ship playground.
