Wonderful luxury one bedroom condo with updated kitchen, new floors, new vanity and nice furniture. Master bedroom has a king size bed with full size bathroom with tub and shower combination. Living room has very comfortable furniture to relax and watch your favorite shows. Sleeper sofa in the living room gives you room to bring some family to the beach. Smart TV in the living room allows you to watch your streaming channels too. Kitchen has been very nicely remodeled and allows for room to prepare your breakfast. Go enjoy some of the great restaurants and seafood for dinner!! Walk to the beach and you are close to shops and restaurants too. You can enjoy Free Tennis and the community pool at Xanadu.
Forest Beach area has wonderful beaches just a few minutes away, just across the street. Coligny has over 60 shops and restaurants just a short bike ride or walk away. You have miles of bike paths too. Van Der Meer World class tennis and pickle ball courts are located in Forest Beach. The Town of Hilton Head created a beautiful park with a huge pirate ship playground too. You can enjoy New York City Pizza for dinner or Plantation Cafe for the best breakfast in town.
Hilton Head Island offers over 250 shops, 200 restaurants, 30 golf courses, 400 tennis and pickle ball courts, 117 miles of nice bike paths and over 17 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches.
