The living room is open and bright, offering views of the Shipyard golf course. It features a large TV and a fold-out couch, providing additional sleeping space. Your reservation includes a bike rental and beach gear credit with every stay.
The fully updated kitchen boasts new cabinets, sleek granite countertops, and a full-size microwave, making meal preparation a breeze.
Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king-size bed and an updated en suite full bath with stylish tilework. The guest room includes a queen bed, a twin bed, and an updated full bath. The living room sleeper sofa allows the home to comfortably accommodate up to seven guests.
After a day at the beach, relax on the deck and enjoy the beautiful golf course view. The nearby community pool offers plenty of space for everyone, or you can take a leisurely walk or bike ride along the shaded path to the beach.
Shipyard offers 27 scenic holes of championship golf and miles of picturesque bike paths, perfect for exploring the area. The beach is just a short walk away, but if you prefer to drive, ample parking and designated handicap spaces are available. You can also bike to the beach and conveniently secure your ride at one of the many bike stands.
Van Der Meer Tennis Center, located just across the street, hosts world-class athletes year-round, making it a prime spot for tennis enthusiasts. Also nearby is the Sonesta Hotel, where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants and bars, perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor fun.
Hilton Head Island offers over 30 golf courses, 400 tennis and pickle ball courts, 117 miles of bike paths, 200 restaurants, 250 shops and over 17 miles of beautiful beaches.
