Our 4 bedroom, three bath villa, 497 Captain's Cove, is in Palmetto Dunes. It is a second row unit facing the lagoon. This is a very clean, spacious and beautiful townhouse with easy access to the ocean, lagoon or pool. Updated kitchen with granite counters and all new cabinets. It has a full size washer and dryer as well as an eat-in kitchen and a separate dining area. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a grill, 5 TV’s, including a 60” flat panel High Definition TV with surround sound, three DVD players, free wireless internet access and much more.
Wonderful sun room with sitting area to enjoy the view and very nice private deck to enjoy outdoors. Community grill just steps away. Enjoy fishing or kayak off the dock right behind the property. Guests can use the oceanfront pool at Captains Walk and have beach access right across the street. Only seconds to the beach and oceanfront pool. Great location near all the golf courses, tennis facilities, hotels restaurants and oceanfront bars. Oceanfront pool is heated in April and May.
The rear deck faces the lagoon and is a peaceful place to read, have a glass of wine, and take in the island’s beauty. The lagoon has a dock if you care to rent a canoe or kayak to explore the interior of the island from the water or fish in the lagoon. Fishing from the dock has also been a lot of fun for everyone.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king. The other first floor bedroom has both a queen and a single. The upstairs bedrooms have a double and two doubles, respectively. There is one full bath upstairs. The master has a private bath and guest room downstairs has a full bath too. Living room has fold out couch to sleep 13. Wonderful family vacation spot for everyone to enjoy.
Sleeps easily 4-12. Save money with our spring and fall golf packages, play Palmetto Dunes, Sea Pines, Shipyard or any of the 30 golf courses in the area. VIP Golf Packages. Please let us know 30 days in advance if you need clubs.
RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your reservation before 60 days of your arrival you will forfeit $250. If you cancel between 60 days and 30 days of your arrival you will forfeit your 50% prepayment. If you cancel 30 days or less of your arrival date you will forfeit the full amount of your rental.
