Wonderful luxury two bedroom condo near the beach in Forest Beach area. Updated new kitchen and new bathrooms. Master bedroom has king size bed with updated bath with luxury bath. Guest room has lots of space with two double beds and full updated new bath. Each bedroom comes with very nice flat screens to relax and watch your favorite shows. Living room has a sleeper sofa and flat screen tv. You can walk out to the wonderful pool area from the back deck. Kitchen is fully stocked with glasses, dishes, pots and pans to create all the wonderful meals on Hilton Head. You can also reheat all those left overs from the great restaurants on the island. Easy walk to the beach or Coligny Shops restaurants and the Town of Hilton Head park. Free tennis!! 2 Hours per day at Van Der Meer Tennis right next door!!
Forest Beach area has several great amenities at your fingertips. You can walk to the over 60 shops and restaurants in Coligny, dine at New York City pizza, Plantation Deli for breakfast or a Frosty Frog frozen drink or great wings. You can shop at many local shops like Black Market Minerals or local tshirt and dress shops too. The beach is very close to Courtside and there are miles of great bike paths to enjoy.
Hilton Head Island offers over 30 golf courses, 117 miles of bike paths, 250 shops, over 230 restaurants, 400 tennis or pickle ball courts and over 17 miles of beautiful beaches. You can go para sailing, jet skiing, fishing, golfing, dining, drinking, play tennis or just relax by the two pools at Courtside.
